Green Goodness


I have shown many pictures of juices I have made in the past, and what ingredients were in them…but this time, I am going to add in the WHY I drink these drinks, the benefits they have and the impact they have on my health, mind and body.

Green Goodness

2 handfuls of Kale

1 handful of Spinach

2 stalks of Celery

2 carrot sticks

1 apple

1 peach

Juiced then poured over ice…very tasty, earthy at first, but it is yummy and easy to drink

Here are a few of the many benefits of each fruit/veggie:

Carrots: improved vision, cancer prevention, anti-aging, healthy glowing skin (in and out), powerful antseptic, prevents heart disease

Celery: Acidity-balancing body’s blood ph, rehydrates body, anti-cancer properties, lower cholesterol, natural laxative, normalize body temperatures, promotes healthy kidney function, relieves inflammation, and more…

Apples: bone protection, asthma help, alzheimer’s prevention, lowers cholesterol, prevents lung, breast, colon, liver cancers, diabetes management and more…

Peaches: anti-carcinogenic, anti-parasitic, laxative, high in fiber, protects eyes, diuretic, and rich in vit, A, C, niacin, and potassium
